     The steam heating reaction vessel is widely applied in medicine, building materials, chemical industries, pigment, resin, food and other professions. It is used to complete the vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation and polymerization, condensation and other technological processes.

    The steam heating reaction vessel has such characteristics: rapid heating, thermo-resistant, hygienic, and non-environmental pollution. It can heat up automatically without the boiler and it is easy to operate. The steam heating reactor is made up of the body, the lid, the jacket, the mixer, the transmission gear, the shaft sealing  installment, the supports and so on .The  electric heating reactor has the electric heating stick, while the other contains the cooling (heating) coil.
